Antique micro mosaic crucifixfrom romethis splendid antique micro mosaic crucifix was made in italy during teh first half of the 1900s. It is incredibly detailed. Florentine style, it features the location roma spelled out in tiles. Measurse 2-1/8 x 4.5 (5.5 x 11.2 cm).

Predominant colors are sky blue and red, with white and other colors mixed in. Design elements inclued the ladder of the deposition, flowers, stars, and the pax (peace) symbol. Check out the tniy multicolored tiles directly behind the corpus! The eelgant cross has a solid brass base. The finely detailed ocrpus is bronze.
