Antique Military Soldier Wwii War Rosary W Metal CaseAntique wwii military soldier's metal bead rosary with old metal cylinder case. The center of the rosary portrays virgin mary on oen side and jesus carrying the cross on the other side. Just as the burden our soldiers carry with them every day. The cross is quite old and beautiful. With raised corpus. Inri across the top.
And an exquisite starburst nimbus. With many yeasr of patina. It measures approx. 16 1/4 when laid out flat. The metal cylinder case measuers 2 5/8 when closed and has a diameter of a little over 3/4. I have been collecting military rosaries for over 25 years and this is only the 2nd set like this i have come across. Quite raer to find. Don't let it get away.
