Antique Wood Mexican Santo Virgin Mary Madonna 2Antique wood mexican santo virgin mary / madonna #2. You are bidding on an unusual old 11 1/8 tall x 5 1/2 wide x 2 deep virgin mary / madonna figure. This piece is in good shape but she is missing her hands. This piece appears to be signed d cortes and is all hand painted and carved. This piece has a pretty folky look and some of the wood may have originally been cigar boxes.
The piece is stamped made in mexico. Please see my other auctions for an additional madonna by this artist.
